One of four holiday cottages in Llangarron, Ross -on- Wye.

Pre-Arrival

• Car required as no public transport

• Ample car parking, level walk of approx 8 metres to cottage door.

• Standard width door to enter property

Public Areas - General (Internal)

• laminate and carpeted floors, all on one level when inside property, no steps, except for a low one going into property through door.

• Kitchen/dining area, standard lighting and extra over cooker.
• Standard height table and chairs

Bedrooms

• Two bedrooms, one with double bed one with twin beds
• Standard height beds

Bathroom

• Bathroom with bath and thermostatically controlled shower over

• Grab rail on wall on side of bath and slip mat supplied.
• Standard height bath, wc and wash basin

Self-Catering Kitchen

• Laminate flooring
• Fridge, washing machine and cooker all floor level
• All units standard height
• Standard type taps on sink unit
